Embodied Transitions is an online holistic integration program which empowers dance artists to navigate the world healthfully, authentically & creatively. This supportive container is designed for dance artists who are entering the working world or who are working professionally and seek support in their path. The program completed its first round in April and will begin again in Fall, 2024.
From May - August 2024, there are a series of online pop-up events open to all.
