Beschreibung
This workshop is connected to the performance, 'Listening in Wild Places.' It is designed for all ages, backgrounds & abilities. It will be lead by Amelia Eisen & some of the performers from the piece. Participants will be guided through simple movement tasks and meditations focused on deep listening w/the aim of moving closer to nature and to oneself- entering into deeper states of reflection, awareness & care.
